We also offer credit accounts for customers that require 30 day terms. Please call for details. DELIVERY CHARGES: All items on this site are delivered to you free of charge at our cost. DELIVERY: Generally all orders are shipped within 24 hours during working days. Orders placed on a Friday may not be shipped until Monday the following week. Items may be sent by post or by carrier at our discretion. There may be delays in shipping times during holiday periods. A VAT invoice will accompany every delivery. ACCEPTANCE: When accepting goods delivered by carrier it is essential that the goods be checked for damage before signing. In the case of pumps it is not sufficient that the outside of the package is undamaged, they must be unpacked and checked. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage discovered after accepting goods. DAMAGE: If you receive goods damaged in transit we will replace them providing we are notified within 14 days (2 weeks). Replacement goods cannot be sent until the damaged goods are returned. WARRANTY: All products are fully guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of invoice. Faulty goods returned to us carriage paid by sender will be replaced or repaired at our discretion and returned free of charge. Northern Pump Distributors cannot accept any liability for direct or consequential loss caused by faulty goods or the replacement of them. SATISFACTION: If you are not satisfied with the goods received you may return them in new condition with any original packaging still intact within 14 days of the invoice date and receive a full refund or credit, less any postal/carriage charges incurred. LOSS OF GOODS: If you have not received the goods you ordered within 3 working days please contact us immediately LIABILITY: No liability is accepted for any loss or damage caused, resulting from the use of products whether for injury or profit. We are also not liable for damage to goods and other associated equipment due to poor or inappropriate installation. We have our own installation teams available to help with installation of equipment. Please call if you require installation help.
