The Datatags

  • Guaranteed for life!, if it fails we will have you a new one sent FREE. The datatag is a short range proximity device. It is a 100% sealed plastic unit that is durable & hard wearing. There are no moving parts, no teeth to break or slots & grooves that will wear or block up.
  • No electrical contacts that cause electrical problems
  • No batteries to replace or recharge
  • Robust and sealed
  • Datatags can be programmed with customer information prior to delivery. There is a possible 65,000 tag numbers, 65,000 site codes and 65,000 customer codes.
  • Tags also carry variable information. This includes, Fuel type allowed & date the tag was last used, Last entered odometer reading, Access method required to draw fuel i.e does this tag require an odometer reading or not.

The Software Package

  • Minium specification required for software is Windows 95 or later, 200mhz, minimum 200Mb of hard drive space, 32Mb Ram, 1 free serial port & monitor capable of running graphics resolution of 800 x 600.
  • Easy to install and simple to operate, yet comprehensive, will run on a system using Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT or XP
  • The system comes with a number of pre-prepared reports supplying the regular information required by most fleet managers. The pre-prepared reports can be edited to suit your needs or create new reports from scratch. Information can be sorted and totalled by vehicle, date, department etc. Filters can be set to show the information for a particular vehicle, vehicle type, department, fuel type etc.
  • Data can be imported from a whole range of third party fuel card services and integrated with transactions gathered from the ALPHA FC10. Data can be accepted from any of the following card systems: Shell, BP, Allstar, Keyfuels, UK Fuels, FuelServ, IDS, Petroplus
  • On site commissioning can also be made available

Refuelling Transaction Information

  • The FC10 has no printer to jam or paper to absorb moisture. The transactions are viewed via the PC software. Each ALPHA FC10 can store information for up to 2000 seperate fuelling operations, for each fuelling operation the following is recorded:

    Time and Date
    Datatag Number
    Registration Number
    Vehicle Type Code
    Amount Of Fuel Drawn
    Site Code (site number)
    Fleet Number
    Group or Department Number
    Odometer Reading
    Type of Fuel Drawn

  • The ALPHA FC10 stores the information for each individual refuelling, adding, totalling, reporting and printing are all done via the software on the PC

Backlit LCD Display

  • Clear even in direct sunlight or at night. The display features User instructions, Fuel Quanity currently being dispensed up to 9999.9 litres, Lifetime Totaliser (fixed), Period Totaliser which may be reset, Details of the last refuelling, date, time, fuel dispensed and User ID

Numeric Keypad

  • Provides a second level of security, The keypad is vandal resistant & fully weatherproof. It is used for entry of PIN codes, driver codes or odometer readings, It features positive travel giving good user feel and widely spaced keys for ease of use even with gloves on. The same high specification equipment can be found in many door entry systems.
