The company was formed in 1969, as a partnership, to carry out the installation and maintenance of pipework, fuel storage tanks and fuel dispensers, for the Petroleum Industry. Following the retirement of one of the founder partners the company became solely owned by Mr John Kershaw. His two sons, Julian and Chris, were made joint partners of the company on 1st May 1996, following several years of extensive practical experience of all aspects of the business. In May 2002 Mr John Kershaw retired and Julian and Chris became the senior partners.

Our customers include most of the major oil companies as well as many contractors, who specialise in the building or re-development of petrol filling stations.

We are currently providing our service to clients for a geographical area covering London to the Scottish Border.

Over the years, there have been many changes to products and much advancement in technology, especially regarding safety and the environment.We are committed to keeping in touch with the latest equipment and it's installation procedures.

We recognise the need for employing highly trained personnel, both now and in the future, in order to maintain and enhance the standard of professionalism that our customers expect from us. All our engineers are trained with the Safety Passport Alliance scheme for work on petrol filling stations and carry the necessary photo cards.

Although we no longer maintain registration to the Quality Management Standard BS EN ISO 9002 : 1994, we maintain the systems implemented which we believe supports and underlines our commitment to providing a quality service and will ensure the continued growth of the company.
